These three ingredient keto sausage balls are the punch of flavor you’ve been searching for! Great as an easy appetizer or a quick breakfast! However, not only are these sausage cheese balls keto friendly, they are also gluten free! Finally, a sausage balls without Bisquick recipe!

And have I mentioned how EASY this recipe is? For real…even my 2 year old can make these! In fact, it is such a sensory activity for her, she loves to pull up her Mommy Helper and get her hands dirty!

How to Make Keto Sausage Balls:

What You’ll Need:

  • Baking Sheet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Measuring Cup
  • 2 tbsp Scoop
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Sausage
  • 2 c Shredded Cheddar
  • 2 LG Eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or spray with non-stick spray) and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, with your hands, mix together sausage, cheese and eggs.
  4. Scoop out mixture with 2 tbsp scoop or form into 12 balls of equal size.
  5. Place on prepared baking sheet 2″ apart.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Serve by themselves or with your choice of dipping sauce.
