- 1 lb Ground Sausage
- 2 c Shredded Cheddar
- 2 LG Eggs
Preheat oven to 375F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or spray with non-stick spray) and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, with your hands, mix together sausage, cheese and eggs.
Scoop out mixture with 2 tbsp scoop or form into 12 balls of equal size.
Place on prepared baking sheet 2" apart.
Bake for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve by themselves or with your choice of dipping sauce.
