  • Baking Sheet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Measuring Cup
  • 2 tbsp Scoop
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Sausage
  • 2 c Shredded Cheddar
  • 2 LG Eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375F
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or spray with non-stick spray) and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, with your hands, mix together sausage, cheese and eggs.
  • Scoop out mixture with 2 tbsp scoop or form into 12 balls of equal size.
  • Place on prepared baking sheet 2" apart.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Serve by themselves or with your choice of dipping sauce.

  1. What kind of ground sausage can I use?  Any!  Traditionally a breakfast sausage is used, but if you want to try an Italian sausage or even just ground pork/beef, that will work too!
  2. What kind of cheese can I use?  Any!  Traditionally, it is a cheddar or a mild flavor cheese.  However, Italian sausage with Mozzarella is amazing!
