Meet the woman behind KJ Solves It:
Kallie Jones (KJ), is a Michigan native with an impressive background in working for major product producing companies, such as: Proctor and Gamble and Nestle. Now a certified life coach (helping women find balance in their lives), happily married and settled in Florida, Mrs. Jones has decided to pursue her passion and embark on her own product line with KJ Solves It.
When asked about how KJ Solves It came about, she says, “I have always been very into natural wellness since I was a child. My grandmother was very into natural herbs and supplements. My Aunt Betty gave me a book called, Back to Eden, which explained what herbs could be used for what. It doesn’t mean I don’t believe in Western Medicine, it just means I love investigating how natural remedies can also aid your mind and body. I started KJ Solves It because I love to solve problems and offer solutions, which typically start out in a natural way first.”
When asked specifically about the creation of Poof! Be Gone!, Kallie says, “When I lived in Ohio, I used a natural bug spray for the first time and was AMAZED at how well it worked, so I started to research all natural formulas. I continue to create different items that embrace natural wellness. Although I understand that there are very useful products that contain chemicals, I always worry about what the long-term effects will be on out bodies, our children, and our pets.”

Back in June, we had attended several outdoor graduation parties. Our oldest daughter (5) got eaten up by bugs!
Ironically, a week or so after a grad party that resulted in about 15 bites on her legs and arms, I was contacted by Kallie Jones of KJ Solves It and learned of her new product line that included Poof! Be Gone!. I instantly told her, “I want to try that!”. Couple days later, it arrived in the mail!

The product comes in a clear, recyclable, soft plastic bottle. So convenient and easy to carry! I always forget to bring bug spray with me because they are always in those clunky, metal, aerosol cans. I have even left the bottle out in the heat and it was fine! The label did run a little bit from the heat, but the product and bottle structure was still perfectly in tact.
Scent of Poof! Be Gone!:
The first time I sprayed this product on my daughter, she smelled it and FELL IN LOVE! Even my youngest daughter and the other kids that I watch during the day came over to see what smelled so good! So much better than that chemical nastiness that OFF! smells of.

With this product being DEET free and only including 13 pure, organic essential oils, I am confident with even my 2 year old handling this product! My youngest is notorious for putting everything in her mouth, so staying away from harsh chemicals is important to me.
Effectiveness of Poof! Be Gone!:
The first time I tried this product was on my 5 year old, bug bite magnet at a 4th of July party. It was at a friend’s house in the hills of Kentucky and they had inflatable water slides. There were bugs everywhere! My ankles were getting bitten (I did not have on a repellent at first). But my daughter, even though wet from the slides and rolling in the grass DID NOT GET ONE BITE!
I will say though, that you should aim to reapply this product every couple of hours to maintain effectiveness.
