4cCucumbers (about 2 medium cucumbers) sliced anyway you like
1.5cGranulated Sugar
1.5cWhite Vinegar
1tbspSalt
1tspCelery Seed
1tspMustard Seed
Instructions
Slice cucumbers and place in sterilized jars.
Mix the rest of the ingredients (the brine) in a large mixing bowl until sugar and salt have dissolved
Pour brine over cucumbers.
Seal jars.
Place in refrigerator for at least 1 week before opening.
Notes
**May also use a heated brine for this recipe. To do so, simply boil the brine. While still boiling, pour over cucumbers. Seal and store for about 6 weeks before use.
