Sloppy Joes with Tomato Soup

- 1 lb Ground Beef browned
- 2 stalks Celery diced **optional**
- 1/4 c Yellow Onion diced **optional**
- 1 Green Bell Pepper diced **optional**
- 1 can Campbell's Tomato Soup
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
Dice onion, celery and bell pepper. (If omitting, skip to step 4) Add oil to skillet over medium-high heat.
Sautee vegetables until onions are translucent and celery and peppers are softening.
Add ground beef to skillet (season with salt and pepper to taste).Cook until browned. Drain excess grease. Add can of soup, ketchup and mustard.
Mix well and simmer until thickened. (About 3-5 minutes) Serve hot on your favorite bun!
Store any leftovers (if there are any) in an airtight container in the fridge.
