Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb Carrots peeled and sliced into pennies
  • 1 can Tomato Soup 10.75oz
  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1/2 c Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place sliced carrots in a microwave safe dish.
  • Cover with water and cook on high for 3 minutes.
  • While cooking, mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Drain carrots.
  • Pour dressing mixture over carrots.
  • Let marinate in fridge overnight.
  • Serve cold!

Notes

Will keep for over two weeks in the fridge!
