- 6 Carrots peeled and grated
- 20 oz Can crushed pineapple drained
- 11 oz Can Mandarin oranges drained
- 7 oz Coconut flakes
- 9 oz Cool Whip
- 3 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 c Mini marshmallows
Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
Fold cheese into Cool Whip
In a separate bowl, combine first four ingredients.
Add cream cheese mixture to the fruit.
Chill till serving (overnight is best).
Decorate with marshmallows.
Serve!
