Ingredients
  

  • 6 Carrots peeled and grated
  • 20 oz Can crushed pineapple drained
  • 11 oz Can Mandarin oranges drained
  • 7 oz Coconut flakes
  • 9 oz Cool Whip
  • 3 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 c Mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
  • Fold cheese into Cool Whip
  • In a separate bowl, combine first four ingredients.
  • Add cream cheese mixture to the fruit.
  • Chill till serving (overnight is best).
  • Decorate with marshmallows.
  • Serve!
