Equipment

  • Food Processor (optional)
  • Rolling Pin (optional)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 c Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 c Vanilla Wafers (about 14 cookies) crushed
  • 2 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
  • 1/3 c Carnation Breakfast powder may substitute cocoa powder
  • 1 c Rice Krispies may substitute favorite cereal

Instructions
 

  • Crush the vanilla wafers into crumbs/powder by either using a food processor or placing in a Ziploc bag and smashing with a rolling pin.
  • Mix first four ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add cereal to a second bowl. (If using a cereal with large pieces crush it first)
  • Make 30 balls out of the mixture.
  • Roll balls in cereal.
  • Place truffles in refrigerator for 30 minutes before eating.
  • Store in air tight container in fridge.
