Ingredients

Spaghetti

Medium sized shrimp
peeled and deveined
3/4
c
Cornstarch
used to coat shrimp
3/4
c
Siracha mayonnaise
**may sub regular mayonnaise
3/4
c
Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
2
tsp
Siracha
**or to taste

Green onion
chopped
1/2

Olive Oil
for frying shrimp
Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to a boil then add pasta and cook according to directions on the package.
Peel and devein shrimp unless purchased already peeled and deveined.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Coat the shrimp in cornstarch.
Fry shrimp in skillet until lightly browned.
Mix together mayo, Thai Sweet Chili sauce and Siracha in a separate bowl.
Divide sauce in half.
Toss pasta in one half of the sauce.
Toss shrimp in the other half of the sauce.
Place pasta on plate/bowl.
Top with shrimp.
Garnish with green onion on top.
Serve and Enjoy!
