Ingredients
  

Cake Layer

  • 1 c All purpose flour sifted
  • 1 c Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 4 LG Eggs beaten
  • 4 tbsp Margarine softened
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 16 oz Hershey's Chocolate Syrup

Mint Layer

  • 1 c Confectionary Sugar sifted
  • 1/2 c Margarine room temperature
  • 2 tbsp Crème de Menthe syrup

Glaze Layer

  • 6 oz Chocolate chips
  • 6 tbsp Margarine

Instructions
 

Cake Layer

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Grease a 9x13" baking pan.
  • Beat eggs in a bowl.
  • In a stand mixer, mix together the first 5 ingredients.
  • Beat well.
  • Add vanilla and chocolate syrup.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour into prepared baking pan.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool completely.

Mint Layer

  • While brownies are cooling, mix together all mint layer ingredients.
  • Beat well.
  • Spread mixture evenly on top of cooled brownies.

Glaze Layer

  • Melt chocolate and butter together either in a sauce pan on low heat or in the microwave (stirring intermittently) until fully melted.
  • Allow to cool slightly before spreading evenly over the mint layer.
  • Let stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
