Hot Mulled Cider Citrus Punch

This must be what fall tastes like! Curling up with a fuzzy blanket and mug of hot mulled cider citrus punch is just what the doctor ordered to perfect a crisp, fall day!

Equipment

  • Large saucepan
  • whisk
  • Large tea ball

Ingredients
  

  • 16 c Apple Cider or Apple Juice
  • 1/2 c Light Brown Sugar packed
  • 6 oz Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
  • 6 oz Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
  • 1 tbsp Whole Allspice
  • 1 tbsp Whole Cloves

Instructions
 

  • Combine cider, sugar, and frozen (undiluted) concentrates in a large saucepan over medium high heat.
  • Stir until until concentrates and sugar dissolve.
  • While waiting, place spices in a large tea ball.
  • Once dissolved, place tea ball in pot.
  • Cover and reduce heat to low.
  • Simmer/steep for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Remove spices and serve hot!

Notes

**If you do not have a tea ball, you can tie your spices in a cheesecloth bag.
**Can also be served cold over ice :) 
**To garnish try adding whipped cream, a cinnamon stick, and a sprinkle of nutmeg!
